Changes via portal settings

Freshdesk Guide allows the following to be changed within its interface:

  • Logo (png or jpeg format is required)
  • Favicon
  • Language
  • Name of the Help Center

Changes via the code

If you are familiar with HTML and CSS, you can make most of the changes by yourself:

  • Colors
  • Custom Links
  • Hero background
  • Header
  • Footer
  • Layout changes
  • Fonts
  • etc
